项目摘要

産消提携運動の思想と実践の経済学的分析のため、これまでのフィールド調査における収集データを使い、消費者の参加動機と社会的選好の観点からクロス集計の残差分析およびテキストマイニングによるクラスター分析を実施した。成果は、環境経済・政策学会2022年大会（10月2日）にて「有機農産物の消費者運動における消費者の環境倫理と社会的選好－日本とオランダの消費者団体会員へのインタビューから」、日本有機農業学会第23回大会（2022年12月11日）にて「有機農産物の消費者団体における消費者の社会的選好と組織運営－日本とオランダの4団体のインタビューデータ分析」として発表した。また調査先であるNPO法人所沢生活村について「所沢生活村50年の消費者運動史」『所沢生活村50周年記念誌－自然と食と人をつないで』（2023年2月18日）として寄稿した。成果として、日本とオランダのそれぞれ2団体での調査において、消費者会員の参加動機について結果を得た。1973年に活動を開始した日本の消費者運動2団体では、①当初の目的である「自分や家族の食べ物の安全性」とは別に、消費者会員の参加動機に関する定量的把握を分析、ボランタリーベースの組織運営の長期的な継続性の困難の原因も併せて分析した。一方、2011年以降に活動したオランダの2団体の参加動機の一部に、1970年代の日本の状況と類似した項目を得られた。また調査年であった2018年時点で運営の担い手確保、フリーライド問題は発生しており、日本と同様の傾向にある可能性があることがわかった。
