项目摘要

本研究は、生活困窮対策を利用する人々の抵抗とスティグマについて質的分析を通じて実態を明らかにすることが目的である。長引く新型コロナウィルスの蔓延や感染症対策等により、本年度も調査実施予定を変更せざるを得なかった。そのため本年度も生活保護制度を利用する人々（当事者）に対するインタビュー調査の実施にまで至らなかった。そこで昨年度に引き続き、本年度の研究・調査実績は、これまでに調査実施が完了していた生活困窮者自立支援を利用する人々（当事者）に対するインタビュー調査の分析・成果の公表であった。そのため本研究の成果を「北海道地域福祉学会　全道研究大会」にて口頭発表し、議論を深めることができた。特に示唆的であったのは、日々の実践現場においてスティグマを付与しない支援をどのように構想すればよいか、そのために実践現場がどのような状況にあるか等の助言をいただき議論をすることができた点であった。なお、本研究成果は、次年度学術論文として投稿予定である。次に、新型コロナウィルスの影響によって、一部研究計画を変更して取り組んだ生活困窮対策（生活保護、生活困窮者自立支援）等を担う援助者に対するインタビュー調査の実施である。この点は年度末に近づくにつれ感染対策状況が緩和されたのを受け、生活困窮者自立支援、生活保護を担う援助者に対してインタビュー調査を実施することができた。なお、本調査は現在も調査継続中である。今後の研究展開としては、第1に、生活保護を利用する人々に対するインタビュー調査を実施し、分析結果を成果としてまとめていく。第2に、生活困窮対策等を担う援助者に対するインタビュー調査を継続実施である。この点は本年度も継続実施し、研究成果としてまとめていく。また、同時に、文献研究を進めていき、研究成果としてまとめていく。以上の研究計画の一部変更も踏まえ、本研究を遂行していきたい。
