The task of this coordination project is to establish a good and functional communication basis within Germany, as well as a strong interaction with other groups worldwide, carrying out research on CCA and HEA.Therefore networking within Germany will have a strong emphasis throughout the Priority Programme. In parallel, strong and durable personal connections with researchers worldwide have been established and will be intensified. This includes a Mercator fellow, guest scientists as well as mutual exchanges of PhD students and post-docs.Promoting young researcher and considering gender issues are of high importance within the SPP.Different types of meetings will be organized by the cooperation project and accompany the SPP CCA HEA. Conferences, workshop and seminars will be, in this order, decreasing in size. Both tasks, personal exchange as well as the different meetings, will assure that the Priority Programme will be able to use international knowledge as well as promoting the topic CCA HEA to the worldwide community. Thereby establishing strong international, long-lasting connections. Another important step towards internationalization will be strictly enforced English speaking during meetings at all levels (seminar, workshop, conference) and all times.
