Land and Water Resources Management for Rural Development.

为了进行农业基础设施改善和农村发展，使其表现为花园城市，在兵库县笹山镇和丰冈市，以及Siga县阿道川镇的一些地区进行了研究。本文的研究目标是：1)通过大规模水田土地整理促进农业稳定生产；2)保护农村景观；3)保护和改善生态系统；4)防治水污染。特别是在Adogawa镇田中- miosato地区，提出了大型水田固结的概念模型，利用CAD系统对水田地块、农田道路和排灌沟渠进行了划分，并根据新开发的设计方法对农田排水系统进行了设计。

In order to carry out the agricultural infrastructure improvement and rural development, giving it a performance of the garden city, research was done in some selected areas in Sasayama Town and Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture, and Adogawa Town, Siga Prefecture.The objectives of this research are 1) enhancement of stable agricultural production through land consolidation with large sized paddy field, 2) conservation of landscape in rural area, 3) conservation and improvement of ecosystem, and 4) water pollution prevention.Especially in Tanaka-Miosato Area, Adogawa Town, conceptual model for lando consolidation of large sized paddy field was presented where the layout of paddy plots, farm road and ditches of irrigation and drainage segined by using CAD system and the field drainage system also was designed basedon newly developed design methods.
