In this study, we established the teacher evaluation criteria for the less-experienced Japanese language teachers who are engaged in Japanese language teaching for special purpose outside Japan.This evaluation criteria has been established and improved through the process of conducting teacher training program based on the techniques of Program evaluation. In the process of planning, conducting and evaluating the teacher training programs, this study clarifies the abilities and attitudes which are required the teachers working as a team. The clarified features are formatted as a self-evaluation list, which contributes to the further study on teacher's growth and teacher training program.

在本研究中，我们针对在日本境外从事特殊目的日语教学的经验不足的日语教师建立了教师评价标准。该评价标准是在开展教师培训项目的过程中，运用项目评价技术建立和完善的。在策划、实施和评估教师培训项目的过程中，本研究明确了教师团队合作所需要具备的能力和态度。将这些明确的特征以自我评价表的形式呈现出来，有助于进一步研究教师成长和教师培训方案。
