项目摘要

Developing of system of super ultrashortwave irradiation and measurement of temperature using differential hypothermia treatment of malignant brain tumor1. we studied the activity of heating by the using of the 2451MHz microwave irradiation system with establishment of objective heeting temperature and automatic control of output device and non contact applicator. 1) phantom : we performed iraddiating that applicator was 7cm away from it we can heat it 20cm diameter & 20mm depth. 2) differential hypothermia treatment was performed by 10 normal monkey brians. we can heat white matter 4cm diameter & 10mm depth from the brain surface at the degree of 37゚C.2. we measured regional cerebral blood flow of the white matter 10mm depth from the brain surface by the inhalation hydrogen clearance method for physiological basis at the differential hypothermia treatment. we had the result that when heat it at the degree of 37゚C regional cerebral blood flow increased about two hold compared with befo … More re heating. And after the heating regional cerebral blood flow came back to before heating.3. we performed differential hypothermia treatment to 10 virally induced monkey brain tumors. The brain of performed side was revealed edema at centering around the brain surface immediately the treatment, but after 24hours edema was extinguished. Follow up-CT was performed to the 5,3 were revealed the decreasing the tumor size, but 1 was revealed the increasing the tumor size.4. We examined the effect of differential hypothermia treatment influence of strength of ACNU in the blood & tissue of brain. method : 1) control ; ACNU (20mg/body) was prescrived (iv) in the general anethsezia and at norotemperature, and drew the blood 2) differntial hypothermia treatment ; After 1 week ago, we performed bilateral craniectomy and heating to the one side brain of the same monkey by the 245GHz microwave irradiation system with automatic control of establishment temperature and applicator of non touch, and keep the temperature (37-40゚C) and after prescriving ACNU drew the blood and brain tissue (heeting side, non heeting side) 3) measurement concentration of ACNU : we freezed it immediatry, and measured concetration of ACNU by HPLC and analised pharmacokinetics. result : 1) a half period of ACNU (in the blood) in the differential hypothermia treatment was extended two hold compared with contorol in the normal temperature. 2) there was no differeciation that absolute value of concentration of ACNU in the tissue of the brain among the heeting side and non heeting side, but extending of a half period of ACNU of the heeting side was revealed by the analysis of one compartment open model. conclusion : by the differential hypothermia treatment concetration of ACNU in the blood was keeped high volume compare with in the normal temperature cause of metabolism and excrtio of the ninternal organs was delaid. further for that was metabolized and taken apart to pieces speed of nearly of normal temperature on the heeting side, we consider that combine therapy of two will acquire the increasing effect of antitumor Less
脑恶性肿瘤差低温治疗中超短波照射及测温系统的研制1。本文采用2451 MHz微波辐射系统,通过建立目标加热温度、自动控制输出装置和非接触式加热器,研究了加热活性。1)体模:我们在辐射器离它7 cm处进行,我们可以加热20 cm直径和20 mm深度。2)对10只正常猕猴进行差异低温治疗。我们可以在37 ℃的温度下加热距脑表面直径4厘米、深度10毫米的白色物质。采用吸入氢清除法测定脑表面10 mm深处白色物质的局部脑血流量,为差异低温治疗提供生理学依据。结果表明,当加热到37 ℃时,局部脑血流量比加热前增加了约2倍。 ...更多信息 重新加热。加热后局部脑血流恢复到加热前水平.我们对10个病毒诱导的猴脑肿瘤进行了差异低温治疗。治疗后即刻,受试侧脑组织以脑表面为中心出现水肿,24小时后水肿消退。5例行CT随访,3例肿瘤缩小,1例肿瘤增大.本实验观察了差异低温治疗对ACNU在血液和脑组织中浓度的影响。方法:1)控制; ACNU(2)全身麻醉,常温下静脉注射,并抽血;(3)不同程度的低温治疗; 1周后,用245 GHz微波辐射系统对同一只猴的一侧大脑进行双侧颅骨切除和加热,该系统具有自动控制建立温度和非接触式施源器,并保持温度(37-40 ℃),开药后分别取血和脑组织(热侧、非热侧)。3)ACNU血药浓度测定:立即冷冻,用HPLC法测定ACNU血药浓度,并进行药代动力学分析。实验结果:(1)差异低温治疗组ACNU在血中的半衰期较常温对照组延长2个小时。2)一室开放模型分析显示,注射侧与非注射侧脑组织中ACNU浓度的绝对值无明显差异,但注射侧ACNU的半衰期延长。结论:差异低温治疗可使ACNU血中浓度维持在常温下的较高水平,从而延缓了内脏器官的代谢和兴奋。进一步由于其在加热侧以接近常温的速度代谢分解,我们认为两者联合收割机治疗将取得增效作用。
