项目摘要

本研究では，トレーニングの実施を補助する「オンライン教材」と「指導マニュアル」を作成し，申請者が行う「エキスパートトレーニング」の効果と，「エキスパートトレーニング」を受けた研究協力者が，同僚などに対して行うトレーニングの効果を検討する。2021年度は，応用行動分析学に基づく問題行動の査定と支援計画の作成に必要な知識を支援の実践者に教えることを目的としたオンライン教材の試作品を作成した。オンライン教材の試作品の完成後，応用行動分析学に基づく問題行動の査定手続きに精通する国外の研究者に，この試作品について意見を求めた。その結果，オンライン教材の試作品の問題点が明らかとなった。2022年度は，2021年度に明らかになったオンライン教材の問題点の改善を行った。このオンライン教材は，支援の実践者が都合の良いときに取り組むことができ，一か月程で完了できるものであった。この教材には，(a)問題行動の査定と計画に必要な基礎知識を教授するための講義と，(b)知識の獲得度を評定するためのクイズが含まれた。2022年度は，加えて，エキスパート・トレーニングで使用する指導マニュアルの作成を行った。指導マニュアルは，申請者が実施するエキスパート・トレーニング及び，エキスパート・トレーニングを受けた研究協力者が，指導を行う際に使用する。指導マニュアルの作成後，研究料力者の募集を行ったが，研究対象者の選定基準を満たす研究協力者が不足しており，まだ十分なデータが得られていない。

In this study, the implementation of the project is supported by the creation of "teaching materials" and "guidance", the applicant is responsible for the implementation of the project, the results of the project are discussed by the research collaborators, and the results of the project are discussed by the colleagues. In 2022, we will increase our efforts to guide the development of the industry. Guidance for applicants on how to apply for a job After the preparation of the guide, the research personnel were recruited, and the research personnel were selected as the benchmarks.
