项目摘要

本研究の目的は流死産後の女性の体力・身体機能や心身の愁訴の実態を明らかにし、心理社会的側面に着目した包括的な回復プログラムを開発することである。研究代表者がこれまで生児出産後の女性を対象に行ってきた体力測定及び質問紙調査を用いた研究で採用している、新体力テスト、ロコモ度テストに加え、心身の愁訴、QOL、心的外傷後成長（以下、PTG）に関する指標について調査を実施する。本研究の仮説は生児出産後の女性と同様化もしくはそれ以上に産後の体力や身体機能の低下があり、その上に流死産という経験による心的負担が存在する、と考えている。年間多くの流産死産が存在しているが、その後女性はいわゆる産後ケアを受けづらい環境にあると予測され、流死産後の女性の辛さやしんどさを癒し、その後健やかな生活に向けた回復プログラムを開発し、社会実装を試みることが目的である。本研究の進捗は大幅に遅れていたが、2022年度はすでにピアサポートなどの支援を行っている複数の団体の支援者とディスカッションをし、質問紙調査を実施した。体力測定についても研究参加の意向を確認しているが、研究参加者の居住地が国内に散在しているため、測定場所の検討を行っている。2022年度に行った質問紙調査では、流死産経験者28名の調査が対象となり、のべ88回の妊娠について解析を行った。愁訴として、気分の落ち込み、慢性的な疲労、肩こりなどがみられた。約4割にうつや不安による診断や治療を受けた警官があった。現状ではまだ限定的な解析にとどまっているが、学会発表が決定し、2023年度は調査測定の継続の傍ら、論文執筆を進めていく。欧米にある、流死産後の女性に対しての回復に向けたリーフレットを参考に本研究でも啓発のための資料作成も進めていく。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the physical, psychological and social aspects of postpartum women, including recovery. The study representatives conducted physical strength measurement and questionnaire survey on women after childbirth, and conducted survey on indicators related to physical strength, psychological stress, QOL, and posttraumatic growth of the heart (hereinafter PTG). This study suggests that women who give birth to babies are more likely to have lower physical function after childbirth than those who give birth to babies, and that there is a psychological burden on them after childbirth.
