本研究は、統一秦代から漢代における集落の内・外・周縁の間での人や物の移動、経済的・心情的な関係性などを、新出の簡牘史料から把握し、中国古代の基層社会の多様な実相と、その社会の統合を図る国家の性格を究明するものである。2022年度は主に、『嶽麓書院藏秦簡（３）』『同（４）』『同（５）』『同（６）』に含まれる法律関連文書の整理を行い、統一前後の秦における集落とその周囲の田地、及び山林や水域などにおける人々の生存形態がうかがえる記事を抽出し、分析をすすめた。また、（公財）東洋文庫中国古代地域研究班の有志による講読会において、『嶽麓書院藏秦簡（３）』所載の裁判案例〇七の講読を行った。本案例では遺産相続の裁判にかかわって、集落内における血縁・非血縁の多様な結合関係をうかがうことが可能である。本研究課題を追究するうえでも重要な史料のひとつであり、開催された５回の講読会において、当該期の社会の在り方について多くの示唆を得ることができた。この成果は、2023年度中に公表される予定である。さらに、中国もふくめた古代の各地域の状況を世界史的観点から考察する試みの一つとして、歴史学研究会のアジア前近代史部会・西洋古代史部会の運営委員による合同研究会の立ち上げに参画した。古代中国とローマの法・制度やその基盤となる社会状況・慣習等とその研究状況について、両部会から報告者を各１名立てて討議し、古代世界の国家・社会のありかたについて知見を深めた。本年度は３回開催された当研究会において、初回に「中国古代史研究を取り巻く現状と、新出土史料について」と題して報告を担当した。本年度は、史料整理・分析に注力したが、これを統合する考察を公表するには至らなかった。次年度は、さらに分析を進めて、その成果を公表したいと考えている。

This study focuses on the relationship between the movement of people and things, the mood of the people and the mood of the people in the colonies from the unified Qin Dynasty to the Han Dynasty, and the grasp of the newly published simplified historical materials. This research topic is to investigate the important historical materials, to open the five sessions of the lecture, when the society of this period is in the party, to show how to get it. The results of this report are expected to be published in 2023.
