项目摘要

特別の教科となった道徳科においては、「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の実現に向けて、「子供同士の協働、教職員や地域の人との対話、先哲の考え方を手掛かりに考えること等を通じ、自己の考えを広げ深める『対話的な学び』が実現できているかという視点」（文部科学省 2018）に立った授業改善が求められている。本研究は、道徳科において主体的・対話的で深い学びを実現する上で求められる、対話に際しての心理的安全性がいかにして成立するのかを理論的に明らかにすることを目的とする。2022年度は、A.C.エドモンソンによる研究を中心に、組織行動論における心理的安全性の概念に関する先行研究を整理し、心理的安全性と道徳科における学びとの関わりを考察した。その際、道徳科における対話に際して求められる心理的安全性の構造について明らかにするために、主に心理的安全性とリーダーシップの関わりや、リーダーに求められる「状況的謙虚さ situational humility」の思考に注目して考察した。また、学校教育における心理的安全性の様相を明らかにするために、「子どもの哲学 philosophy for / with children」（P4C）において重要視されている「知的安全性 intellectual safety」と心理的安全性の概念を比較し、その相違点を考察するとともに、「子どもの哲学」が教室において形成を目指す「探究の共同体」と心理的安全性との関わりについて考察した。これらの研究成果は、2023年度に発行予定の書籍『国際地域研究Ⅴ』に所収の拙論において明らかにされる予定である。

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), 2018, has established a system for teaching improvement. This study aims to explore the relationship between the subject and the psychology of communication. In 2022, A.C. Research Center, Organizational Action Theory, Psychological Safety Concept, Psychological Safety and Moral Science Research Center, etc. In the light of the current situation, the author thinks about the construction of psychological security and the consideration of "situational humility". "Philosophy for / with children"(P4C) is an important aspect of the concept of "intellectual safety" and psychological safety."Children's philosophy" refers to the formation of "inquiry community" and psychological security. The research results of this project are expected to be published in 2023, and the book "International Regional Studies V" will be published in 2023.
