本研究の目的は，別居・離婚後の家族のリスクを多側面から測定する日本版アセスメントツールを開発して裁判外紛争解決手続（ADR）や面会交流支援における各事案のリスクを数値化・可視化することで，紛争解決や面会交流支援の質を高め，親子が安心できる関係を構築することである。2022年度は，別居後の家族のアセスメントツールであるDetection Of Overall Risk Screen（DOORS; McIntosh & Ralfs, 2012）について，開発者の許可を得て日本語版を作成した。日本版作成にあたっては，弁護士，家庭裁判所調査官，ADR機関の調停者，面会交流支援団体の支援者等，多領域の専門家からの意見を翻訳に反映させるとともに，現場での活用を念頭に必要な修正を加え，逆翻訳を経て原著者の確認を完了させた。そして，ADR機関と連携して，次年度当初からの調査実施を目指して質問紙の内容や情報共有の在り方等を検討し，調査準備を完了させた。また，当初の計画外であったが，別居・離婚家族においては夫婦の別居前から両親（夫婦）間葛藤が生じ，別居時には子どもへの影響が生じている可能性が考えられるため，夫婦別居前の両親間葛藤および両親間葛藤に対する子どもの反応を定量的にアセスメントする心理尺度であるChildren's Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale（CPIC; Grych et al., 1992）を原著者の許可を得て日本語化するとともに，青年期の子どもの両親間葛藤への対処行動尺度を独自作成した。これらを元に，高校生およびその親を対象に調査を実施し，尺度の妥当性や両親間葛藤の子どもへの影響を検討した。分析結果については，順次学会発表や論文化を予定している。

The purpose of this study is to develop the Japanese version of dispute resolution (ADR) and face-to-face communication support, to quantify and visualize the quality of dispute resolution and face-to-face communication support, and to build a secure parent-child relationship. In 2022, the Japanese version of Detection Of Overall Risk Screen (DOORS; McIntosh & Ralfs, 2012) was created. Japanese edition is composed of nurses, investigators of family courts, mediators of ADR agencies, supporters of face-to-face communication support organizations, etc., opinions of various experts in various fields are reflected in the past, ideas on the spot are revised as necessary, and the confirmation of original authors is completed.
