Topological dihedral homology of group rings

The project investigates the real versions of topological Hochschild homology, the real version of topological cyclic homology, and furthermore the topological dihedral homology of group rings and group ring spectra via assembly maps. Combined with concrete calculations for cyclic and dihedral groups this leads to explicit evaluations of these functors for interesting classes of groups. Via trace maps consequences for real algebraic K-theory will be investigated.
