项目摘要

本年度は、筑波大学の研究倫理申請を行ったり、介入実施のための準備を行った。筑波大学体育系における研究倫理審査申請書を作成し、研究計画が研究対象者に対して不利益を与えないかについて確認し、研究計画書を作成した。その研究計画は現在筑波大学体育系の研究倫理審査を終え、承認を受けている。介入実施のための準備については、介入実施者のトレーニングを行った。研究責任者による講義により、余暇活動の重要性やソーシャルサポートについての教育を施した。また、介入方法の詳細について作りこみを行い、介入時に行う活動について明確にした。また、コロナ禍を想定して、どのようにオンラインでグループミーティングを行えるかについて専門家の協力を得て検討した。加えて、介入方法が忠実に実施されているか、そして研究対象者が介入の意図しているように受け取ったかを表す「フィデリティ」の測定方法についても検討を行った。これらを基にして、研究協力機関のリクルートへ使用する研究の概要についての文書や、介入実施者が参照する介入のマニュアルを作成した。介入内容に関する準備は比較的よくできたが、一方で研究協力機関、研究対象者のリクルートに関しては困難を極めた。当該年度は秋を過ぎるころまでコロナ禍により研究協力機関・研究対象者を探すことが困難であった。年度末に、当該介入プログラムに興味をもっていただけたところがあったため、現在実施に向けて交渉中である。また、米国の研究者から興味を持ってもらえ、その研究者らと意見交換を行った。当該介入方法は海外においても役に立つ可能性があると考えられる。今後、当該介入に関する、海外においての共同研究実施につながる可能性があると考える。
