项目摘要

昨今のデータサイエンスの発展に伴い，多様なデータが手に入るようになりデータ解析が容易におこなえるようになった一方で，データの中に他のデータとは異なる属性・傾向を持つような値，外れ値が含まれているような場合も存在する．また，データ解析を行う際，データに正規性を仮定出来ない場合も数多く存在している．本研究ではまず，本研究課題の周辺にある問題として存在する，データに仮説検定として有効な情報が含まれているかどうかの検定問題に関わる，部分平均ベクトルの検定について着手し，いくつかの成果を得ている．この部分平均ベクトルの検定については，さらに欠測値を含んだ場合での議論をおこなっており，はじめに１標本問題において新たな検定統計量の提案と統計量の漸近展開結果を用いた近似上側パーセント点の導出を行っている．さらに，分布の展開結果を用いた，検定統計量の極限分布であるカイ二乗分布への収束を早める変換統計量も与えている．また，正規性の検定については，検定統計量の分布に関して想定していた極限分布とは異なる分布に収束することが分かり，打開策を検討中である．外れ値に関する研究については，考えている仮説検定問題の検定統計量を構成する統計量に関する漸近展開を行い，その分布の展開を与えた．検定統計量は最大値の量として表現されているため，その分布の導出について現在検討中である．また上記の問題については，モンテカルロ・シミュレーションにより提案手法の近似精度や性質なども示した．
