项目摘要

本年度は，次の2つのサブ目標を設定して研究を推進した．目標1: 学習者の情況に則した適応的会話シナリオ生成仕組みの実現を通して，学習者の習熟度(会話スキル，動機付けレベル)に応じて柔軟かつ頑健に応対できる会話シナリオのあり方を明らかにする.目標2: 会話エージェントの言語・非言語会話戦略モデルの精緻化・実装課題の遂行を通して，会話の内容及び学習者の情況に応じた動的な言語・非言語的会話モデリングの方法論を確立する.上記の目標1に関しては，今年度は，学習者の習熟度にあわせて基礎的内容から発展的内容に会話シナリオを段階的に移行させ，また，その移行の際には，動機付け向上に資する働きかけ（e.g. 自己成長感を実感させる情動的働きかけや励ましなど）をシステムが適応的に生成できる仕組みを実装した．更に，提案機能を備えた会話シナリオオーサリングツールを用いた初期的な検証を行ったところ，提案システムの新規性および第二言語学習支援への可能性が示唆された．この成果を学術論文にまとめ，採録に至っている．目標2に関しては，非言語的会話戦略制御モジュールの実装・評価に取り組んだ．具体的には，バーチャルヒューマンエージェントをインターフェイスに備える会話システムを構築し，学習者との会話状態に応じて，エージェントが喜ぶ，驚く，悲しむ，頷くなどの8種類の非言語情動フィードバックを生成する仕組みを設計した．更に，Woz（Wizard Of Oz）手法を用いた会話戦略設計指針を確認し，会話戦略モデルの精緻化を行った上，提案システムの有効性を確認するため初期評価実験を実施した．その結果，提案仕組みを用いることで，エージェントから学習者への情動の伝達促進及び，会話タスクの遂行に関する知見が得られた．この研究成果をまとめ，国際雑誌に投稿し，採録に至っている．

This year, the second set of goals was set and research was advanced. Objective 1: To understand the learner's situation and the realization of the appropriate conversational style and motivation, and to understand the learner's familiarity (conversational style and motivation). Objective 2: To refine the verbal and non-verbal conversation strategy of conversation and to establish the methodology for implementing the task, the content of conversation and the situation of learners. In relation to Goal 1 above, this year the learner's familiarity with basic content shifts from developing content to conversational levels, and in the process of shifting, motivation shifts upward from information (e.g., self-growth perception) to appropriate content generation. In addition, the proposal function is prepared for the conversation, the initial stage of the proposal, the new nature of the proposal and the possibility of the second speech learning support. The results of this academic paper are collected and recorded. Objective 2: To study the relationship between nonverbal conversation strategy control and evaluation. Specifically, 8 types of non-verbal emotion are designed to create a conversation system for learners, including a conversation state, a state of joy, a state of alarm, a state of sadness, and a state of non-verbal emotion. In addition, Woz (Wizard Of Oz) method is used to confirm the session strategy design pointer. The session strategy design pointer is refined and the proposal is effective. The initial evaluation is carried out. As a result, the proposal group uses the information to promote the learner's emotional development and the implementation of the conversation. The results of this research are published in international journals, collected and recorded.
