本研究は、学校心理学的な観点から学級経営に介入するひとつの手法を開発し、それを評価することを目的とした。そのために、これまでに生徒側、教師側からのアプローチによって得られている結果をもとに、教師へのフィードバック内容の検討、介入に要する負担(介入期間、介入回数)軽減の手法の開発、介入の経過と結果の可能な評価方法(4方向からのVTR撮影とその分析視点としてのエスノグラフィックな観点)などを事例から導出することがねらいであった。学校外からスクールサイコロジストやそれに類する役割の専門家が学級経営に介入することが期待されているが、その際のひとつの介入方法を提言することを目標にした研究であった。平成11年度は、学級介入方法の具体化と評価視点の探索的研究を平成10年度から継続して行い、より一般化しやすい方向に事例を増やしていった。さらに、学級介入の際に利用しているRCRTという調査方法の簡略化と結果の効率的なフィードバックについて検討した。フィードバック方法としては、郵送、面接、電子メールなどの多様の方法で実施し、フィードバック内容が効果的に活用されるように配慮した。これらのフィードバックを含めた介入方法の実践と評価が適切に出来るかどうか、実践的な面から方法を再確認し、介入前後の調査、観察、面接結果と介入の過程の変化、介入後の学級集団と担任の変化について広範に評価をおこなった。また、介入により教師や学級の変化をとらえるための評価方法は主にインターネットのメイリングリストとカラー印刷した結果の解説の際に面接をすることによってその効果を検討した。その結果、RCRTの調査方法は慣れるまでかなり負担であること、それを軽減するための簡便な実施方法の開発が急務であること、継続調査によって介入のポイントが明確になることが明らかになった。また、教師の内省報告により、学級経営上、焦点をあてる生徒の抽出にRCRTの結果は有効であることを確認した。さらに、継続的な調査を行っていく必要がある。
