本研究は、学校におけるトラウマに配慮した介入的支援体制の展開のため、児童生徒のトラウマの問題に包括的に対応する体制づくりの導入、支援体制の有用性について検討し、研修やコンサルテーションの機会をとらえて広めることを目的としている。TICは、これまでの学校危機対応と危機からの回復に向けた介入的支援と、基本的な方向性を同じとする取組みであり、介入的支援経験を活用しながら対応できるものである。今年度は、逆境的体験等のある児童生徒の理解、リスクを減らし二次被害の防止など学校におけるトラウマを念頭においた包括的な介入的支援体制の導入のため、小学校と中学校各１校で研修会を計画し、研修後のコンサルテーション、継続的な事例検討会を実施した。TICの考え方が児童生徒にかかわる教員に徐々に理解されるようになり、トラウマに配慮して教室内外における当該児童生徒との対応にあたっていただけるようになった。さらに、学校危機対応の経験のある東日本大震災の被災地の教育委員会と連携しながら、情報共有の機会、管理職向けのコンサルテーションの機会をを設定した。児童生徒のトラウマの理解と対応を解説するために解説資料を活用した。また、附属学校の教員研修、教職大学院の講義、学校安全推進センター、校長会、教育委員会等での研修会でTICの取組みの紹介を行った。感染症への制約が徐々に緩和されるなか、TICの考えを背景に実践されている徳島県の中学校の視察を行い、今後、定期的なコンサルテーションに機会を設定することとなっている。
