项目摘要

本研究は、グローバル組織のマネジメント・コントロールを理解するための三つの側面、すなわち、本社の海外子会社に対するマネジメント・コントロール、海外子会社におけるマネジメント・コントロール、これらのマネジメント・コントロールとグローバル情報システムとの関係といった三つの側面を研究の対象とした。そして、研究の前半では、上記三つの側面のうち、本社の海外子会社に対するマネジメント・コントロールおよび海外子会社におけるマネジメント・コントロールについてのレビューを行った。前者についてはすでに仮説の検証が済んでおり、欧米の企業を対象に国際比較研究が行われている。また後者についても、文献レビューの結果を踏まえた仮説設定の作業が終わり、仮説検証のための質問票調査のパイロット・テストが行われた。本研究の後半では、こうした、本社の海外子会社に対するマネジメント・コントロールおよび海外子会社におけるマネジメント・コントロールの研究結果を踏まえ、次のステップとして、グローバル情報システムがこれらのマネジメント・コントロールにいかなる影響を与えるのかを分析した。そこでは、情報共有/知識創造の軸とモニタリング/コントロールの軸からなるグローバル企業の情報システム・モデルを示し、マネジメント・コントロールの違いが情報システムの性格に大きな影響を与えることを明らかにした。さらに、マネジメント・コントロールの分化・統合の機能を支援する仕組みとしてマネジメント・コントロール・システムおよび情報システムがあり、しかもそれらが補完関係にあることを示す概念フレームワークを提示することができた。

This study aims to understand the relationship between the three components of the organization and its overseas subsidiaries. In the first half of the study, we will record the bottom line of the study, and the overseas subsidiaries of our company will conduct the study. The former refers to international comparative studies of European enterprises.
