研究目的近年、電子情報資源の増加による学術情報の量的増大が著しく、大学生はその中から適切な情報を探索・選択・入手する能力の習得が求められている。現在、ほとんどの大学図書館では様々な形式と内容のガイダンスを通じて、学生に情報リテラシーを身につけてもらおうと努めている。一方で、その習得に有効なガイダンス手法について、学生の探索行動を実際に観察して評価した研究はほとんどない。本研究では、実習形式による2種類の内容のガイダンスを受けた学生の文献探索行動を観察することで、(1)情報リテラシーの習得に資するガイダンス内容を検討し、(2)その効果を測定する手法を開発する。研究方法千葉大学の学部学生1～4年生6名をA、Bの2群に分け、それぞれに動画によるガイダンスを受講させた。A群には国立大学図書館協会が作成した「高等教育のための情報リテラシー基準2015年版」で述べられている「1. 課題の認識」「2. 情報探索の計画」「3. 情報の入手」といった行動指標を意識して作成したガイダンスを受講させた。一方、B群には「3. 情報の入手」の行動指標のみを解説したガイダンスを受講させた。その後、両群に共通の文献探索課題を与え、その探索行動を観察した。行動観察においては、画面キャプチャーソフトを用いてOPACや各種データベースの画面遷移を記録し、一人称視点カメラを用いて学生が図書館内で資料を入手する過程を明らかにした。最後に課題認識に関する事後インタビューを行った。研究成果調査の結果、課題の認識を重視した内容で、かつ実習形式で行うガイダンスは、学生に文献の探索計画を立てさせ、探索後に入手した文献の比較および妥当性の慎重な検討を促すことが分かった。評価手法として、実際の行動観察と個人インタビューを組み合わせることにより、課題を認識した結果が探索行動にどのように反映されるのか、ひいてはガイダンスの効果を客観的に分析評価できることが分かった。

Objective: In recent years, the increase of electronic information resources and the increase of academic information have led to the acquisition of the ability of college students to explore, select and start relevant information. Now, the university library has changed its form and content, and students have changed their information.
