项目摘要

テレワークに近い勤務形態としてSOHOがある.現在はその手軽さと一般への認知度の高さからSOHOの増加が顕著である.今後女性のライフスタイルはさらに多様化し,自営業であるSOHOの難しさが浸透すると,自由度が高いSOHOを志向する層と過去の仕事を継続できる可能性が高いテレワークを志向する層の二つに分かれる.今後の税制改革等により現在専業主婦と呼ばれる無職層が仕事を求めることが予想されるが,彼女たちへの情報リテラシー教育は十分になされていないのが現状であり,安易なSOHOも多く見受けられる.企業での教育は多くの企業において何らかの形で行われているが,中小企業では未だ体系的な教育には至っていないところが多く,不況の波により教育への投資は困難である.以前の研究において筆者は大学教育において情報リテラシー教育を促す教育方法を提案しているが,当時と現在では杜会状況に好転要因は見られず,大学による教育は重要であると考える.また,高学歴女性ほど高学歴男性との婚姻に至る確率が高く,そのために仕事の継続が困難となって専業主婦となっていながらもなんらかの形で仕事に戻ることを希望している率が高いことを考慮しても,大学での情報リテラシー習得促進は必要である.そこで,杜会科学系専門課程においては情報処理科目そのような教育を行うことを提案し,教育モデルを作成した.
