项目摘要

1 研究目的・方法本研究では、教育委員会・学校との組織的な連携が求められる教員養成大学における研究支援担当部門の現状と課題を明らかにするため、44教員養成大学の研究支援担当部門に対するアンケート調査及び研究支援担当職員7名に対するインタビュー調査を行った。2 研究成果アンケート調査(回答率 : 59.1%)の結果、(1)教育委員会等との連携に研究支援担当部門が関わっているケースは少ないこと、また、(2)教員養成単科大学における取組について、外部との窓口の設置や研究(者)情報の公開は行われているものの、ニーズの収集や研究シーズの発掘、両者のマッチングといった取組はあまり行われていないことがうかがえた。インタビュー調査では、(1)地域連携担当部門との関わりを業務上ほとんど意識することはなく、情報共有もあまりなされていない、(2)他部門との連携や情報共有、外部との窓口の一元化が必要、(3)URA・コーディネーター等専門職が配置されていないため、申請・報告等の事務手続きを行うに留まっている、という声が聞かれた。これらの結果から、教員養成大学における研究支援担当部門として、(1)企業のみならず教育委員会等との「共同研究」も視野に入れた連携の推進、(2)外部との連携窓口となっている部署との密接な情報共有や連携、(3)連携をコーディネートする人材の活用という3点が特に重要であることが示唆された。3 研究成果を踏まえた勤務先での取り組み本研究の成果を踏まえて、教育委員会OBの「研究支援コーディネーター」を活用し、県内の教育委員会・学校関係者にアンケートを実施し、ニーズの把握や共同研究テーマの発掘を行った。また、研究者の研究内容やその活用可能性を分かりやすく説明した「福岡教育大学研究シーズ集」を作成・配布するとともに、公式ホームページに掲載した。今後、教育委員会等との連携窓口担当部署と協力して、積極的に展開する予定である。

1. Purpose and methodology of this study: A survey was conducted on the current situation and issues of the research support department of the University for Teacher Education and the research support department of the University for Teacher Education, and a survey was conducted on 7 staff members. 2. Research Results: The results of this research are used in the "Research Support Center" of the Board of Education, and are implemented by the Board of Education and the School Relations Department. The research contents and application possibilities of the researchers are explained in the "Fukuoka University of Education Research Collection". In the future, the Education Committee and others will work together to make arrangements and actively carry out the plan.
