2022年度は、A県内の地域の医療機関における看護研究の実態と研究支援に関するニーズ・課題をを明らかにする目的で、A県内の全医療機関を対象に、質問紙による調査研究を行った。質問調査は、先行研究を参考に、看護研究に関わる指導者の立場である看護管理者もしくは看護教育担当者と、実際に臨床現場で働いている看護職を対象に、それぞれ質問項目を作成した。臨床現場で働く看護職を対象とした調査では、看護研究の取り組み実態と研究支援のニーズが明確化できるように、看護研究の取り組み状況と満足度、指導を受けた経験と満足度、求める研究支援の内容とその必要度、個人属性として勤務継続年数最終学歴、職場環境、求める研究支援について聞いた。また、看護管理者または教育担当者を対象とした調査では、看護研究の指導経験とその内容、指導上困難と感じる内容、よかったと思う内容、病院で行っている研究支援と求める内容などについて聞いた。その結果、A県内98施設の医療機関に調査を依頼し、33施設より協力への同意が得られ、教育担当者及び看護職へ、合計1,200部の質問調査用紙を送付した。このうち、現在のところ約500部程度が回収できている。今後は、回収された質問調査の回答結果をデータ化し、分析・考察を進めていく予定である。また、質問紙の回収数が少ない場合には、県外の地域に対して追加調査を実施していくか検討していく。
