本研究においては、「モデルの再構成」を促す複数の学年で利用できる数学的モデリングのための教材の開発と、生徒のモデリング活動に対する評価とりわけ観点別学習状況の評価の客観的で信頼性の高い評価活動のための「観点別評価一覧表」の充実や評価計画の整備を主たる目的とする。教材開発については、中高6年間で利用できる教材開発を小学校にまで広げて小中高12年間での利用を見通した教材開発に着手する。今年度は各校種において、以下のように教材開発及び授業実践を行った。小学生(高学年)に対しては「指定の容積の容器を1枚の紙から作る」課題をグラフ電卓を活用しながら探求する教材、中学生に対しては比例・反比例の単元において「身の回りにある比例・反比例の関係を見いだす」課題をグラフ電卓を活用しながら探究する教材、高校生に対しては三角比を用いて「道路標示の仕組み」をタブレットパソコン等のICTを活用しながら探究する教材をそれぞれ開発及び授業実践を行った。また、3Dプリンターを活用しながら空間認知に関する教材開発や上記の課題を異なる校種において系統的に実施する研究に着手した。評価については、まず、教師アンケート調査を実施し、拙稿(平成17～19年度の科研費(奨励研究))で示した「4点法と択一式」の方法や、平成21年度に示した「CT値」を用いて定量的に分析しながら先行研究で指摘されている「教師間の意識のずれ」を再確認した。本研究においては、研修を通して「教師間の意識」を統一していく実践研究を行った。意識のずれの大きい問題や課題を上記のアンケート調査から抽出し、それを「教材」として教師間で討議を行う活動(研修会)を行った。これにより、各教師の観点別評価に対する深い見方を育成し、日々の指導や評価活動の向上に繋げることができた。
