目的:東北大学電気・情報系の進路指導委員会では、学生の就職活動を支援をしている。従来、就職求人情報は会社の就職担当者から、メールまたは郵便で本委員会に送られ、情報公開を行っていた本委員会と事務方双方の負担が大きく、情報を得てから公開するまで時間がかかる問題点があった。そこで本委員会より、各会社に指定されたフォーマットで就職求人情報をWebにより登録してもらい、その情報をデータベース化し、学生が閲覧できるような就職求人情報システムが提案されている。一般的な企業主体の就職求人情報提供と異なり、電気・情報系の学生の立場で必要とされている就職求人情報をリアルタイムで提供するシステムの開発を目指している。方法:1.システムの開発環境を整備する。パソコンを購入し、OSにLinuxをインストールする。このLinuxマシンにWebサーバ(apache-1.3.33)、データベース(MySQL)、スクリプト言語(Perl)をインストールする。2.設計方針は、(1)各会社の就職担当者にID、パスワードを配布し、自由に記入してもらう形式にする。(2)閲覧は電気・情報系の学生に限定する。(3)各会社の就職担当者が随時更新可能にする。(4)あいうえお順に表示する。(5)各企業のID、パスワードの発行は就職事務担当者が行う。(6)就職求人情報のアクセス権の規制をする。3.システムの開発は(1)Webで動的にデータ処理を行うため、スクリプト言語でプログラム開発を行う。(2)キーワードによるAND,OR検索機能の開発を行う。(3)本委員会の面接の予約スケジュールシステムの開発を行う。成果:データベースを用いた就職求人情報システムの試作を行った。本システムを運用した結果、企業から370社の登録、学生からのアクセス数が5000回(2か月)を越えている。一般的な企業主体の就職求人情報提供と異なり、東北大学電気・情報系のための就職求人情報がリアルタイムで提供できている。事務方の就職求人情報の整理がデータベースを利用することによって負担が軽減されている。
