项目摘要

全国19自治体の小中連携・一貫教育学校における算数・数学科のカリキュラムづくりに向けた取り組みを概観し、小中学校間の継続性や接続の円滑化を図るという観点から、算数・数学科のカリキュラムづくりに向けた取り組みの課題を整理した。○小中学校の接続期に児童生徒の認識上のギャップを明確にし、児童生徒が滑らかに上位概念へと接続できるような適切な指導を考える。○小中学校教員が協働して【数学的な見方や考え方】を評価する問題作成にあたり、つまずきの要因分析、補充を図る指導のあり方を考える。○中長期による児童生徒の学習状況等を把握する方法を確立し、児童生徒が自己の学習の深まりを認識できるように活用することを考える。この課題をもとに、中学2年「図形の性質を証明」で、次のような趣旨で実証授業を行った。□生徒が、発見的にとらえた図形の性質を、根拠を明らかにしながら推論できるようになるための指導の具体を明らかにし、生徒の【数学的な見方や考え方】の高まりを評価する方法の有効性を検証、考察する。この単元で小学校での実測・操作等による推論から中学校での演繹的な推論への認識上のギャップがある。そこで例えば、特定の二等辺三角形で「底角は等しい」ことを演繹的に推論したあとに、別な複数の二等辺三角形を提示し、生徒にこの性質が成り立つかを発問した。続けて、特定の二等辺三角形の場合の推論と別な複数の二等辺三角形の場合の推論とを対比し、両者がほぼ同様の証明であることに生徒は気づき、例外なく成り立つという証明の意味について理解に至った。また、図形の性質の調べ方の見通しを持つ場面、三角形の合同条件を使った証明をしたあとの場面それぞれで、生徒の発話、学習カードへの記述内容の観察等から、演繹的に推論することのよさを感得したかどうかを3段階で評価した。3時間展開でどの生徒も評価が高まったことから、考案した指導や評価方法が有効であるという知見を得た。
