项目摘要

研究目的本研究の目的は、業務としてガラス工作技術を学ぶ者へ確実に技術の継承をしていくことでありこのためのマニュアル制作を行うことである。学ぶ者の技術習熟度に対応した継承すべき技術を選定することが重要であり、文章はもちろん、写真、動画を交えたガラス工作技術マニュアルを制作し、現場での実技指導と併用することで、技術継承が促進できると考えられる。研究方法自身の経験と他機関での技術継承調査を元に、基本練習となる蒸留装置や真空用実験器具などの製作工程の映像を記録する。さらに応用的なガラス旋盤加工・切削加工・石英ガラス加工などの製作工程および機械設備の取扱手順の映像を記録する。成功例のほかに加工中の破損原因や間違った製作工程などの失敗例を含め技術習熟度に対応した映像を記録し、より高度な技術者向けの資料や映像を追加編集しマニュアルを制作する。文章・写真・動画を同時に閲覧できるようにWebマニュアル化する。研究成果今回選定したガラス加工技術を映像化し、文章を加えたガラス加工技術者向けのマニュアルを制作した。基礎となる実験器具の製作を通し、ガラス管の成型や組み立て・段取りを学ぶことができる。また、工作機械でのガラス加工の映像を加えたことで、さらに高度なガラス実験器具の製作にも対応できる。本研究により、冊子では伝わらない手の動きや炎の様子、加工後のガラスの変化を動画で見られることから、直感的に学ぶ者へ伝えることが出来ると考えられる。
