项目摘要

研究目的:本研究では、家庭場面において専門家と障害児者をもつ家族が協働で実践した研究論文を、メタ分析により検討し、協議ツールを考案した(研究1)。さらに、行動問題を示す発達障害児をもつ家族と、協議ツールを活用した協働的アプローチを行い、発達障害児の行動の変容と家族の適合性を検討した(研究2)。研究方法:研究1では、家庭場面において専門家と障害児者をもつ家族が協働で実践し、1995年から2010年までに発表された研究論文をCINIIにより検索した。研究論文は「発達障害研究」「特殊教育学研究」などで小笠原ら(2004)の方法を参考に対象児者、標的行動、支援手続きを分析し、4種類の協議ツールを作成した。研究2では、研究1で考案した協議ツールを活用し、行動問題のある発達障害児をもつ家族と協働的アプローチを行った。評価方法は、母親によるABC記録や協議ツールへの記録より、発達障害児の行動の変容や家族への適合性(Albin et al.,1996)の観点から行った。研究成果:研究1のメタ分析の結果、5歳以上の発達障害児で中度から重度を対象とした研究が多いことが明らかになった。また、標的行動に関して、適応行動の増加を目指した研究が多く、行動問題の低減を目指した研究では家族の緊急性から標的行動を導いたものが多かった。さらに、支援手続きのタイプ別の効果では、どの手続きも効果があることが示された。これらの結果をもとに、標的行動を選定する協議ツール(1)、家族の価値観などを考慮した支援手続きを提示する協議ツール(2)、それを評価する協議ツール(3)、実行結果を評価する協議ツール(4)を考案した。そして、研究2では、協議ツールを活用して協働的アプローチを行った。その結果、協議ツール(1)～協議ツール(4)を順に用い、各支援手続きを遂行する時間帯・場面、教材を活用する場合はその大きさ・形などを家族に詳しく聞くことが有効であった。また、記録表、チェック表を用いて、協議を1～2週間単位で継続することで、より家族に適合した支援手続きになることが示された。
