○研究目的本研究では、教師(就学前施設から中学校)が引継シート(平成22年度から相談支援ファイルに改定)を用いて保護者との連携をどのように行い、活用しているかなどの意識を明らかにし、相談支援ファイルの有効性について検討を行った。○研究方法本研究は、就学前施設・小中学校のヒアリング調査で予備調査を行った後、自由記述式の質問紙を作成し実施した。調査期間は平成22年10月1日から10月29日までである。質問紙は「保護者との連携」、「関係機関との連携」、「施設内での活用」、「相談支援ファイルに関する意見要望」の4項目で構成されていた。調査対象は、平成22年度の療育施設(2名)、公立保育所(14名)・民間保育所(20名)、公立幼稚園(23名)・私立幼稚園(9名)の園長又は主任、小学校(24名)・中学校(11名)、支援学校(1名)の特別支援コーディネーター、全104名を対象に調査を実施した。○結果質問紙の回収率は、療育施設、公立保育所、私立幼稚園は100%、民間保育所は70%であった。特別支援コーディネーター(小学校:83.3%、中学校・支援学校:100%)であった。まず「保護者との連携」に関しては、保護者と面談や家庭訪問時に子どもの情報を共通理解するために役立てられていた。一方、相談支援ファイルを作成する承諾を保護者から得ることに苦労していた。「関係機関との連携」に関しては、進路先の機関とやりとりする機会が少ないので、引継いだ情報が進路先でうまく活用されているかわからない。進路先の活用状況を知るために、関係機関同士で継続的に情報交換を行いたいという意見が出された。施設内での活用については、子どもの指導や保護者との連携に役立てている。一方で、相談支援ファイルの管理方法に課題を抱えている機関もあった。相談支援ファイルへの意見要望としては、相談支援ファイルをどのように機能的に活用していくのか検討することが大切などの意見が出された。
