○研究目的本研究はA市の保育・教育現場における「相談支援ファイル」の活用実態や保護者との連携実態を明らかにし、各保育・教育現場間で活用状況に違いがあるかを検討した。○研究方法質問紙は立田・森光・有川(2011)の結果をもとに質問紙を作成した。調査対象は、平成23年度に「相談支援ファイル」の引継ぎを受けた就学前施設(120名)の園長と担任、小学校(64名)・中学校(34名)、支援学校(2名)の特別支援コーディネーターと担任、全220名を対象に調査を実施した。統計処理は、SPSSを用いた。○結果質問紙の回収率は95.9%であった。分析は最尤法・Promax回転による因子分析を行い、固有値の減衰状況と因子の解釈可能性から「保護者との連携」「関係機関との連携」「専門的知識」の3つの因子が抽出された。またこれらの内的整合性を検討するため、α係数を算出したところ、α=.86、α=.83、α=.92と十分な値が得られた。次に各保育・教育現場(就学前施設・小学校・中学校)間で、各因子間で差がみられるのか検討するために、因子の尺度得点について分散分析を行った。その結果、「保護者との連携」因子、「関係機関との連携」因子で有意な群間差が見られた(F(2,197)=7.61、p<.01;F(2,187)=3.95,p<.05)。そこでそれぞれについて多重比較を行ったところ、「保護者との連携」因子では「就学前施設」・「小学校」と「中学校」の間に、「関係機関との連携」因子では「小学校」と「中学校」の間に有意な差が見られた。○考察「相談支援ファイル」は保育・教育現場では「保護者との連携」「関係機関との連携」「専門的知識」の3つの側面で活用されていることが明らかになった。また中学校は「保護者との連携」「関係機関との連携」で、他の保育・教育現場より積極的に活用していない可能性があることが示唆された。
