○研究目的特別支援教育の推進において、学校と保護者との緊密な連携は不可欠である。そこで本研究では保護者が、就学前後の連携システムに対してどのような連携内容を求めているか、引継書の活用という観点から明らかにすることを目的とした。○研究方法本研究は質問紙法により行われた。質問項目は「引継の支援内容や連携システムに対する評価」および「就学後の引継に関しての教師間との活用方法等に関する内容」について全10項目で構成されており、回答はすべて自由記述式で求めた。調査対象は平成19年度にA市の公立小学校通常学級と特別支援学級、特別支援学校1年生に在籍し、前年度末に引継書の送付を学校に行った児童の保護者(60世帯)とした。○調査結果質問紙の回収率は50%であった。保護者の大部分は、就学前機関から学校へ引継書を送ることに概ね肯定的であった(全体の95%)。特に「引継書で子どもの詳しい情報や配慮点が伝わることは良いことだ」という意見が多かった(70%)。教師との間での引継書の活用については「学校と面談等のやりとりをした」という回答(50%)と「活用自体、知らされていない」という回答(50%)があった。なお学校が引継書をどのように活用しているか不明な場合「保護者から活用を勧奨する(23.3%)」という一方で、「引継書を活用してくれている」という肯定的な回答(26.6%)もみられた。今回の調査では、総じて保護者には子どもの特性を就学先の担任や学校に十分理解して、引継情報を活用して対応してほしいという要望があることが明らかとなった。しかしながら保護者に、就学後に引継情報がどのように活用されているのかを知る機会が用意されていない場合、不安を増大させる可能性があることが示唆された。今後、就学先の担当者と保護者が引継情報の具体的な活用に際して、どのように共有していくかさらなる検討が必要である。
