目的:東日本大震災後に当院薬剤部で受けた問い合わせ内容と対応、当院の医療従事者が受けた医薬品に関する問い合わせ内容と対応について集計して分析し、発災以後、どのような情報が、どの時点で求められたのかを明らかにし、今後の災害に備える。方法<調査1>DI記録を基に震災後1カ月間に当院薬剤部で受けた問い合わせ件数、内容別の頻度・タイミング、即時対応の可否、対応内容について集計・分析した。<調査2>当院医療従事者1977名を対象に震災後に受けた医薬品に関する問い合わせ内容及び対応についてアンケートを実施した。設問は、震災後1週間、2～4週間、4週目以降の期間別に受けた問い合わせ件数、内容について、また回答時に活用したものについて選択式で行った。結果<調査1>震災後1カ月間の問い合わせ総数は892件で、うち震災関連は715件であった。震災関連の問い合わせ元は、患者が503件(震災後1週間で429件)、院外薬剤師が95件の順に多かった。患者、院外薬剤師ともに震災翌日に発出された特例(服用薬情報の提示により医薬品を入手可能)に関する内容であった。特例により調剤した場合の事後処方せんの扱いに関しては、公文書の解釈に混乱が生じ、回答内容の変更を余儀なくされた。<調査2>アンケート回収率は49.9%であった。そのうち25.9%が医薬品に関する問い合わせを受けており75,8%が当院、11.5%が避難所で問い合わせを受けていた。震災後1週間は、特例の内容、薬の入手方法に関する内容が多く、2週目以降は、薬の入手方法、事後処方せんの扱いに関する内容が多かった。成果・震災直後の特例及び薬の入手方法については、マスメディア等を活用した情報発信、その後は事後処方せんの扱いについて薬局薬剤師に情報提供する必要があることが分かった。震災直後のマスメディアによる広報活動に、ライフラインだけでなく医薬品の入手方法等の情報も盛り込むことで多くの質問が解決される。
