本研究では、読み書きに困難さをもつ子どもの保護者への親訓練プログラムを開発し、その効果を検討した。プログラムは講義、グループワーク、ホームワークで構成され、1～2週間間隔で約2～3時間の講座が全7回行われた。講義の内容は、「読み書き障害とは?」、「家庭学習の環境設定と教え方」、「認知特性に合わせた指導」、「読みと書きの基本的な指導」、「モデル事例について考えよう」、「二次障害の理解と予防」、「拡大・代替コミュニケーションについて」、「家庭・学校・医療でのサポート」、「将来使えそうな支援」であった。グループワークでは、課題を決め、手続き作成表を作成してもらった。作成した課題は、ホームワークとして家庭で実施され、次回の講座のグループワークで発表し検討するという流れであった。参加者は、読み書きに困難さをもつ子どもの保護者7名であった。事前事後の両方のデータのある参加者6名分を分析した結果、認知神経心理学を専門とする大学教員の指導を受け作成した「読み書き障害児に対する療育のための基礎知識到達度テスト」の平均得点が上昇し、不安を測定するための質問紙であるSTMの状態不安、抑うつを測定するための質問票であるBDI-II、親の療育上のストレスを測定するための質問紙であるQRSの平均得点がともに低下した。また、すべての参加者がプログラムの終了までに2～4個の課題を達成していた。参加者が作成した課題を分類すると、特殊音節の入った単語の読み書き、読みや書きの流暢性を上げる、漢字を効率よく覚えるなどであった。さらに、事後アンケートにおいても肯定的な評価を得た。本研究のプログラムを通して、親が子どもの実態に合わせて読み書きの支援方法を学ぶことにより、子どもにどって支援を受けられる機会が確保され、支援が継続されることが期待できる。今後は、さらに実践数を増やすことや、従属変数の検討を進めていきたい。

The average QRS score is lower than the average QRS score. The participants were able to complete 2 to 4 tasks. The participants were divided into categories, special syllables, and fluency. After the event, the evaluation was made. This study focuses on the communication, support and implementation of support methods to ensure the availability of support and support. In the future, the number of employees will increase.
