项目摘要

我が国は「地震国日本」と呼ばれ,多くの地震災害が発生している.これらの状況の中,防災教育の啓発活動に関しては行政からのパンフレットやビデオの配布が行われてきているが,防災教育によって個人の防災知識の向上をはかる前に個人がどの程度防災知識を持ち,災害時にどのような行動をとるかなど,把握して知っておくことも重要である.即ち,自己診断が必要である.建築や耐震の分野においては,家屋などの耐震診断といったプログラムが開発され,幅広く利用されているが,人間の防災診断はないのが現状である.そこで,これらの問題を踏まえ,個人の防災力を診断するツールとして知識および備えを診断し,提示するコンピュータツールと,避難行動を体験し,避難行動を把握できるバーチャルリアリティによる避難行動シミュレータを開発した.そして,前半で前者の知識,備えの診断ツールでは,・地震に対する備えの不足や知識不足からほとんどの人がなんらかの災害に巻き込まれる可能性があるということがわかった.・知識を調べるクイズ問題はその難易度がバランスをとっていたことがS-P曲線の形状などからわかった.・防災教育をする時の教材に兵庫県南部地震について書かれた被害報告書や地震体験記などを使えば有効であるということが定量的にわかった.・小学生には問題数の多さに感じさせない工夫をし,中学生,大学生など年齢があがると,ソフトを使用する上での楽しめるような工夫が必要である.後者のバーチャルリアリティによる避難行動シミュレータでは,・車椅子の避難完了時間においては,うまく再現できておらず,車椅子の動きのモデル化が再現できていない事がわかった.・避難の手間取りや困難な箇所における避難軌跡違いを見いだすことができた.
