1.オオウバユリのフェノロジーから見た利用時期の合理性4月中旬から7月中旬まで5回、ステージ・クラスごとにサンプリングを行い、葉・鱗茎・根・有性繁殖器官に分け、器官別に乾物重を計測した。前年度6月下旬から9月下旬までの6回のサンプリングと合わせ、ほぼ1シーズン分のデータが得られた。地下貯蔵養分の比率の季節変化を算出した。2.オオウバユリ利用の効率前年度自生地に設定した5×5mの永久方形区において引き続き全個体調査を行った。方形区内でカウントできた開花個体は2、未開花個体は娘鱗茎と思われるものも含め120であり、各個体について葉数と葉サイズを計測した。前年度と比較すると、小型の個体では死亡したものが多かったが、比較的大型の個体はおおむね数%〜50%ほど葉サイズ(葉面積の指数)が増加していた。利用部位(地下の貯蔵養分)も同様に増加していると考えられる。今年度開花した2個体は、どちらも昨年度の葉数が6であった。昨年度葉数6で今年度未開花の個体も1個体あったが、未開花個体では葉数7以上のものはなく、葉数6がおおむね開花に至るクリティカル・サイズであることが示唆された。2年分のデータを元に静的生命表を作成したが、個体群構造のより精密な把握のため、次年度以降も継続して全個体調査を行う予定である。また、上記のデータを元に個体群全体の生長量を算出し、採集が個体群に与える影響をシミュレートし、持続的利用が可能な利用形態を推測するための基礎データとする。
