项目摘要

医薬学において,薬効実験は極めて重要であるが,臨床試験においては治験者に対して苦痛を与えることも多い.そこで複数の薬の効果を調べる際に,治験者に対して薬の効率的な投与計画を理論的に考察することは重要である.このようなことを踏まえて,本研究では上記の問題をもっと一般に複数処理割り当て実験問題として捉えて考える.ある未知の成功率を持ついくつかの処理があり,その処理に対象を与えて実験を行って成功率を比較する.このとき実験計画としては,初めに対象全体の一部を割り当てて実験を行い,最も高い成功率を持つ処理(最良の処理)を求め,残りの対象をその処理に割り当てるものとする.ここで,対象全体を各処理に均等にすべて割り当てたときが真に最良の処理を選択する確率は最大になるが,これでは最良ではない処理にも数多くの対象を割り当ててしまうので対象の犠牲を考慮した場合にはあまり好ましい割り当て方とは言えない.本研究では対象の犠牲をできるだけ少なくすることに重点をおき,比較実験を行った場合の割り当て方のルールを定める.そして,そのルールの下で,リグレットを定義し,それに関するミニマックス解を求めることによって実際の割り当て方を決める.実際に2項試行による複数処理実験において適当なルールの下で,ある処理を最良と判定する確率について考察し,リグレットのミニマックス解の数値的に評価した.また,正規試行による複数処理実験についても同様な評価を行った.
