项目摘要

本研究は欧州におけるメディアシステムの収れんと分岐について政治制度の配置構成とその変化から問うものである。本年度は、その時間的変化パターンを分析するために用いる質的比較分析（QCA）の方法論的な検討を進めている。QCAは複数条件の組み合わせ（配置構成）を網羅的に扱い、その必要条件性や十分条件性をブール代数や集合論を基に把握する、従来とは位相の異なる分析手法として注目を浴びている。ただしQCAは各事例の質的特徴（配置構成）を体系的に他の事例と比較することを念頭に方法論的な開発が進んでおり、事例内の時間的変化を捉える手法として開発が進んでいない。そのため従来のQCAでは、本研究が対象とする欧州諸国の比較における、「各国内で時間的な変動のある条件」と「各国内では変化しないが国別で違いのある条件」の二種類の条件を切り分けられないという難点があった。この問題を踏まえて、複数条件および結果の2時点の差分を取り、時間的変化条件およびその配置構成に注目するTime-differencing QCAの開発を進めている。この差分をとることで得られる特徴について、2022年10月にオランダで行われたQCAと時間に関するワークショップ（Time-in-QCA (TiQ) International Workshop）で研究報告を行い、フィードバックを受けた。また差分をとって変化を観測する際のファジィな特徴をいかに反映させるかについて、2022年12月にはスイスで行われたQCAの専門家のワークショップ（International QCA Expert Workshop）で研究報告を行っている。これらワークショップで時間的変化を捉える分析手法Time-differencing QCAを検討してきたことは、本研究で取り組むメディアシステムの収れんと分岐のパターンを捉える分析の土台作りと位置付けられる。

In this study, the configuration of the political system in Europe is divided into a political system. In the current year, the comparative analysis method of comparative analysis (QCA) has been used in this year's economic and commercial analysis. On the basis of the characteristics (configuration composition) of each case in the QCA system, other cases in the system are compared to those in the discussion of the methodology, and in the time in the case. The purpose of this study is to compare the two kinds of conditions, such as the comparison of European countries, the conditions of domestic and foreign countries, and the conditions of international trade in different countries, such as the comparison of European countries and countries in Europe, and the conditions of domestic trade in different countries. The optimization of the problem, the complex condition and the results show that the difference is picked up at 2: 00, and the transformation condition of the time is configured to pay close attention to the progress of the Time-differencing QCA. The research report of Time-in-QCA (TiQ) International Workshop in October 2022 has been approved, and the research report has been approved. The difference is different. The research report (International QCA Expert Workshop) is not available in December 2022. It is reflected that the research report is in line. In this study, we use the method of Time-differencing QCA analysis to determine the location of the earth platform.
