项目摘要

地域と職域の保健機関が連携して、中小企業労働者に対して適切なメンタルヘルス対策を講じられるよう、具体的内容および提供方法を開発することを最終目的とし、本年度(最終年度)は以下の活動を行ったので報告する。一昨年度の基盤調査、昨年度の当事者(中小企業事業主)とのアクション・リサーチに引き続き、本年度は(1)企業と自治体の保健スタッフへの聞き取り調査、(2)企業と自治体の保健スタッフ合同勉強会を実施した。<本年度の研究目的>中小企業労働者へのメンタルヘルスサービスの内容と提供方法を、企業と自治体のスタッフ(提供者)の側面から検討する。<対象者>I県内の企業と自治体の保健機関に所属する保健スタッフ<研究活動実績>(1)企業と自治体の保健スタッフへの聞き取り調査(対象)I県内で同意の得られた下記機関の保健スタッフ職域保健機関:企業7、地域産業保健センター9、計16機関地域保健機関:保健所6、市町村保健センター7、計13機関(聞き取り調査内容)1)メンタルヘルスに関して実際に連携をとったことのある相手機関(機関名と連携の内容)2)連携の必要性とその理由3)連携を進める上での障害4)障害を克服するための改善策(2)企業と自治体の保健スタッフ合同勉強会(対象)I県内の企業と自治体の保健スタッフ有志(勉強会内容)隔月に1回ずつ計7回開催。メンタルヘルスに関する事例検討、企業と自治体各機関の役割理解、双方から相手機関へ求めること、等。<学会発表>日本産業衛生学会、日本産業精神保健学会、Korea-Japan-China Joint Confbrence on Occupational Health日本地域看護学会、産業衛生学会関東地方会第234回例会(招聰教育講演)に、それぞれ研究成果の一部を発表した。

The following activities will be carried out for the current year (final year): Last year's baseline survey, last year's interested parties (SME business owners) and related information, this year's (1) corporate health care information survey,(2) corporate health care contract implementation. <This year's research objectives> Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to provide information on the content and methods of enterprises and autonomous enterprises (providers) to discuss the bottom line <Target> Health care facilities belonging to enterprises and autonomous entities in Division I <Research activities>(1) Health care facilities belonging to enterprises and autonomous entities in Division I Research (Target) Health care facilities belonging to the following entities in Division I Consent obtained: Company 7. Regional Industrial Health Center 9. Planning 16. Regional Health Center: Health Center 6, Municipal Health Center 7, 13 agencies 1) Contact Us Contact Us Contact Us (Name of organization and content of connection) 2) Necessity of connection and reasons for connection 3) Barriers to connection 4) Measures to overcome obstacles and improve them (2) Health care contract for enterprises and autonomous organizations (target) I Health care contract for enterprises and autonomous organizations within the organization (reluctantly content) every other month 1 time count 7 times open urge. Case study on the relationship between enterprises and autonomous bodies, understanding of the relationship between the two parties, etc. Japan Industrial Hygiene Association, Japan Industrial Mental Health Association, Korea-Japan-China Joint Conference on Occupational Health Japan Regional Nursing Association, Kanto Regional Conference of Industrial Hygiene Association 234th Meeting (Recruitment Education Lecture), a part of research results was presented.
