项目摘要

本研究の目的は、マネジメント教育プログラムの開発に資することを目標として、経験を通して得られる知識を形式知に変換し、さらに実際の現場で活用できるよう知を構造化し、この構造モデルを用いた知識伝達の方法論を開発することである。本年度は、前年度の成果に基づき、複数の海外建設現場経験者に対してインタビューを実施し、ケースメソッドに用いる映像教材と議論のための資料を複数作成した。これらの教材および資料を用いてケースメソッドを異なる対象者に対して実行したところ、ベテラン技術者を交えた議論を通して、その経験知が表出することが確認された。映像教材を見ることで表出した他人の経験に刺激を受けて、自身の経験知を表出しやすくなるものと思われる。したがって、経験知を伝達する手法として、若手技術者と複数のベテラン技術者が同席した議論の場を提供することが重要であることが示唆された。しかし、表出した経験知の構造モデルの構築には至らなかった。マネジメント教育プログラムのプロトタイプを構築するために、目標とするマネジャーとして4段階のレベルを設定し、それぞれの段階に必要なマネジメントスキルを設定した。アンケート調査で得られた経験知を、それぞれの必要なマネジメントスキルに対応して整理し、教育プログラムの体系化を図った。今後は、それぞれのスキルを育成し、必要な経験知を伝承するのにふさわしい教育方法を考える必要がある。
