项目摘要

これまでに実施してきた施設、看護系大学院生及び学生を対象にした調査結果から、今後の看護の専門性に対応した大学院における統計教育のあり方・方法について検討した。すなわち、大学院生に対して、(1)他の関連科目と連携した論理的かつ系統的な思考能力の強化、(2)統計的思考の理解を妨げる段階を明確にするとともにその時点での的確な対処、(3)統計学の基礎的な知識・技術の復習型教育から問題解決型教育への移行、などを骨子とする統計教育のモデルカリキュラムを提案した。それにそって、国内外の統計学書をクリティークした結果も踏まえ、看護系大学院テキストとして、(1)研究課題の選択、(2)情報・文献検索とそれらの結果の吟味、(3)統計的仮説の設定、(4)研究デザインの選択、(5)統計的手法の選択、(6)標本の大きさの決定、(7)研究計画書の作成、(8)倫理審査書類の作成、(9)データの収集、(10)データの入力・変換・蓄積、(11)単純集計結果の吟味、(12)二変量解析の適用、(13)多変量解析の適用、(14)論文の作成、(15)論文の投稿、などの一連の量的研究のプロセスが内容として含まれることが望ましいとの結論を得た。それに対応したテキストを新年度には公表する予定である。以上のような、看護系大学院生のためのモデルカリキュラム及び専門的なテキスト試案をベースに、当初から計画してきた統計的方法を利用したい看護学生・実践者・研究者のために、研究計画から論文の作成までを支援するシステムとして「(仮称)看護研究における統計的方法Q&A」の作成を試み、技術的な問題点なども含めて検討した。その結果、技術的には大きな問題点はなかったものの、看護学生・実践者・研究者の個別の知識・技術・ニーズの多様性に対処するには、未だに十分とはいえず、著作権などの問題も含め、さらに検討する必要があることが明らかになった。

(1) Selection of research topics;(2) Information and literature search;(3) Setting of statistical topics;(4) Selection of research topics;(5) Selection of statistical methods;(6) Determination of research results;(7) Preparation of research proposals;(8) Preparation of ethical review books;(9) Collection of data;(10) Input, transformation and accumulation of data;(11) Interpretation of pure set calculation results;(12) Application of two-dimensional analysis;(13) Application of multi-dimensional analysis;(14) Preparation of papers;(15) Submission of papers; The new year is scheduled. The above mentioned research projects for nursing students, practitioners, researchers, research projects, paper preparation support, and preparation of Q&A statistical methods for nursing research. The technical problems are discussed in detail. The results, technical problems, nursing students, practitioners, researchers, individual knowledge, technical problems, diversity problems, creative problems, discussion problems, etc.
