项目摘要

(1)MEASUREMENT OF AIR TIGHTNESS PERFORMANCE OF THE A HOUSE The air leakage areas of the envelope components of the test house, which was constructed for research on passive solar system performance at the campus of Tohoku University, was measured respecively, and the air leakage areas of the temporary internal partition for multizone infiltration research also was measured.(2) A LONG-TERM TEST OF AIR INFILTRATION RATE USING THE TEST HOUSE For single-room, the constant emission method with the tracer gas CO_2, is applied for measurement of air infiltration, For three-room, the decay method with three tracer gases, NO_2, SF_6, and CHCl_2F, is employed. The test was carried out under various conditions of indoor-outdoor temperature difference and wind speed. The effect of temperature difference and wind speed on air infiltration rate was investigated.(3) VERIFICATION OF CALCULATION ACCURACY OF AIR INFILTRATION MODELS The co-research of Air Infiltration Model (COMIS Models) with research groups of foreign countries was carried out. The code of COMIS was verified by the data of measurement of air infiltration rate.(4) EXAMINATION OF AIR FLOW MODELS COMBINED WITH THERMAL PERFORMANCE MODEL The multizone air flow models were combined with models of heat load. The variables of parameters were changed and the calculation of heat load including multizone air infiltration was carried out.(5) PUBLICATION OF RESEARCH RESULTS The mentioned above research results were reported in international symposium organized by IEA and will be reported at Tohoku branch meeting of Architectural Institute of Japan.
(1)住宅气密性的测定在东北大学校园内,为了研究被动式太阳能系统的性能而建造的试验住宅,分别测定了其围护结构构件的漏风面积,并测定了多区域渗透研究用的临时内隔板的漏风面积。(2)利用试验室进行空气渗透率的长期试验对于单室,采用CO_2示踪气体的恒定排放法测定空气渗透率;对于三室,采用NO_2、SF_6和CHCl_2F三种示踪气体的衰减法测定空气渗透率。试验在不同的室内外温差和风速条件下进行。研究了温差和风速对空气渗透率的影响。(3)空气渗透模型计算精度的验证与国外研究小组共同开展了空气渗透模型(COMIS模型)的研究。COMIS程序通过实测空气渗透率数据进行了验证。(4)结合热性能模型的气流模型的阐述多区气流模型与热负荷模型相结合。通过改变参数变量,进行了考虑多区渗透的热负荷计算。(5)研究结果的发表上述研究结果在IEA举办的国际研讨会上进行了报告,并将在日本建筑学会东北分支会议上进行报告。
