Study of contemporary history of Shinmei's Sociology

三年前，我们成立了一个新美社会学研究小组。对研究资料进行了分析，并在三种期刊上发表了研究结果。新美教授的活跃生活可分为三个有特色的时期：1.东京大学时期，大正民主运动达到顶峰；2.他抵抗昭和时代法西斯主义反动思潮的时期，学习社会学和政治社会学的知识；3.他批评辛亥战争和太平洋战争期间军国主义和官僚主义的时期。要研究新美社会学的当代史，不仅要收集他的社会学著作和文章，而且要收集他的社会学著作和文章我们还出版了他的《柏林日记》和一部纪录片索引，以及他在新梅社会学研究中发表的两篇论文《柏林仍是魏玛文化的盛开之时》和《新美社会学当代史研究导论(上)》。

Three years ago we formed a research group on Shinmei's sociology. The research material has been analyzed, and the result has been published in three journals.Professor Shinmei's active life can be divided into three characteristic periods : 1. the Shinjin-kai (Tokyo University) period, when the Taisho Democracy reached its height, 2. the period of his resistance to the reactionary trend arising from the fascism in Showa era, when he studied the knowledge of sociology and political sociology, 3. the period of his criticism, that he directed against the militarism and bureaucracy during the Sine-Japanese and Pacific wars.To conduct the study of contemporary history of Shinmei's sociology it is important to collect not only his books and articles on sociology, but also his numeraus reviews and commentarieson social problems, politics and culture.We have published his Berlin Diary and a documentary index, and also Yamamoto, Shizuo's two essays "Berlin is still the full bloom of the Weimar culture" and "An introduction to the Study of Contemporary History of Shinmei's Sociology(I)" in The Study of Shinmei's Sociology.
