A Study on the Teachers Professinal Development and their Net-work from Life-Course Approach.

本研究旨在对中小学教师专业发展进行阐释。我们调查三个问题：本研究采用问卷调查和访谈调查两种方法，对教师生命历程中的转折点，即：（a）什么样的事件容易发生，（B）什么时候发生，（c）在什么情况下容易发生。本研究报告的主要内容如下：（1）教师专业发展研究。（伊藤启报道）本报告是关于中小学教师专业发展的理论说明。(2)中小学教师专业发展的生命历程研究（山崎纯司报道）（3）中学教师生命历程的个案研究。（山崎纯司报道）本报告是以两位教师的生命历程为个案，进行访谈调查。(4)中小学教师专业发展问卷调查。（Junji Yamazaki和Osamu Umezawa报道）本报告是对296名教师专业发展的调查分析。

This study aims to explain Professinal Development of Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools. We investigate three issues : a) what kinds of event tend to occur to cause a turning points in teachers life-couse ; b) when a turning point turns up in one's life-course ; and, c) in what situations it is apt to come about.We adopt two means of the resolution : Questionnaire survey and Interview Survey.
