Problems of Poiesis in Changing the Enviroments

在我们的研究项目中，我们试图重新考虑人类行为作为创造的概念，并以一种新的视角来看待我们如何在我们的政治（生产、创造性）行动中改变环境。它的大致结果是：(1)创造的概念提供了一种不同于实践的、不可简化为实践的人类行动的新视角。这种观点提供了一种非唯我论但又普遍的观点。从这个角度来看，“意图”的概念是共同生产的基本概念；(2)我们的身体作为“优雅的自然”（die gelelebte nature），不可约化为技术的本质，并作为在环境中行动和改变环境的可能性的基础。就目前而言，我们必须认为我们的身体与环境是不可分割的；(3)我们面临着以人类为中心或相对语言的问题。我们试图通过研究集中语言的可能性，并通过寻找文化和历史多元社区共存的新逻辑来解决这个问题。但这一问题需要进一步研究新的方法。在其他已完成的成果中，我们只能提到附在这里的《研究项目摘要》的出版，东京大学文理学院人文系第103卷哲学系列第28期的出版，其中包括该项目参与者的几篇文章，箱根特别研讨会（1995年2月4日），以及一些国际会议，如日本/美国现象学会议(在匹兹堡，东亚符号学研讨会（1994年10月20-26日，中国北京），讨论了与我们项目相关的几个主题。

In our reserch project we have tried to reconsider the conception of human action as poiesis, and to a new perspective of how we change the enviroment in our poietical (productive, creative) action. It roughly results in :(1) The notion of poiesis offers a new perspective of the action of the human being, different from and irreducible to praxis. Such perspective offeres a non-solipsistic but common pointof view. In this perspective the notion of the "intention" serves as a basic concept of co-productiveness ;(2) Our body is, as "die gelebte Natur", irreducible to th technological nature, and function as the ground of the possibility of acting in the enviroments and changing it. As far, we must regard our body as inseparble form the enviroment ;(3) We are confronted to the problem of anthropo-centric or relativistic language. We tried to resolve it by investigating the possibility of focused language and by searching for a new logic of the coexistence of culturally and historically pluralistic communities. But this problem needs further research new methods.Among other accomplished results we can only mention the publication of the Abstract of Research Project attached here, the publication of The Proceedings of the Department of Humanities, College of Arts and Sciences, the University of Tokyo, Vol.103, Series of Philosophy No.28, which includes sveral articles by participants in this project, a special seminar session at Hakone (February 4,1995), and some international meetings such as Japan/American Phenomenology Conference (at Pitsburg, September 13-15, 1994), East Asian Semiotic Seminar (at Beijing, P.R.China, October 20-26,1994), where several topics related to our Project were discussed.
