An Investigation of the Research and Development function and the Technology Transfer Function of Japanese Science Parks

通过问卷调查和访谈对日本所有的科学园区（jsp）进行了深入的调查。通过调查得到以下结果获得了jsp研发功能的定量数据获得了jsp研发活动资源的定量数据根据专业对jsp进行分类已经成为可能根据研发支持组织对jsp进行分类已经成为可能了解了技术转移函数的现状和发展趋势对地方社会的研发合作体系有了一定的认识本文获得了提出jsp研发和技术转移系统理想设计的基本数据了解了我国企业孵化器的建设和管理现状风险投资对风险企业管理的迫切需求已经得到了清晰的体现。第三届科技园学术研讨会论文集《区域社会企业孵化器的管理》和第四届科技园学术研讨会论文集部分报道了上述结果。“日本科学园区项目的成果与未来展望”。本次调查的结果以及研究者进行的其他调查的结果将在“日本科学园区的研发功能”中报告，CRI报告，CRI-15。

A Thorough investestigation of all the Japanese science parks (JSPs) is made by questionaires and interviews. The following results were obtained by the investigation.1 Quantitative data of the R&D functions of JSPs have been obtained.2 Quantitative data of resources for the R&D activities of JSPs have been obtained.3 A classification of JSPs in terms of specialties has become possible.4 A classification of JSPs in terms of R&D supporting organization has become possible.5 An understanding of the present states and the trends of technology transfer function has been obtained.6 An understanding of R&D cooperation systems of the local societies has been obtained.7 Basic data to propose an idealistic design of the R&D and technology transfer systems at JSPs have been obtained.8 The present states of the construction and the management of business incubators have been obtained.9 The urgent needs of the venture capital for the management of venture business have been clearly shown.These reusults are partially reported in the proceeding of the 3rd Science Park Symposium, "The management of the business incubators in the regional society", and the proceeding of the 4th Science Park Symposium. "The results and the future's prospects of the Japanese Science Park Projects". The results of this investigation as well as the results obtained other investigations made by the researcher is to be reported in "R&D functions of the Japanese science parks", CRI report, CRI-15.
