The anisotropy field of the magnetic recording media determines the recording density ; the study on the anisotropy field is important.In this study, the magenetic anisotropy fields of Co films evaporated by ultrahigh evaporation, Co-CoO evaporated films and particulate-metal audio tapes have been studied using ferromagnetic resonance at 34 GHz. These works were followed by previous studies on epitaxial Fe films, metal-evaporated tapes and Ba-ferrite media.By these measurements, the ferromagnetic resonance has been proved to be a suitable for the study on the field of the films having a large saturation magnetization and particulate tapes.Meanwhile, torque method is known to be another method for the magnetic anisotropy, however, it requires a high magnetic field and the volume of the specimen must be known.The measurement for perpendicular anisotropy films by hysteresis loop has been found to be inadequate.We are planing to study sgnetic films having large perpendicular anisotropy, such as magneto-optic films of Fe-Co-Tb system.
磁记录介质的各向异性场决定了磁记录介质的记录密度,对各向异性场的研究具有重要意义,本文采用34 GHz铁磁共振技术研究了蒸发Co膜、Co-CoO蒸发膜和颗粒金属磁带的磁各向异性场。在此基础上,对外延Fe薄膜、金属蒸发带和Ba铁氧体介质进行了研究,结果表明,铁磁共振方法适用于研究具有大饱和磁化强度的薄膜和颗粒带,而转矩法是研究磁各向异性的另一种方法,但由于磁各向异性的存在,磁各向异性的研究还存在着一些问题,如磁各向异性的研究还需要进一步的研究。磁光薄膜的制备需要很高的磁场强度,样品的体积必须已知,而用磁滞回线测量垂直各向异性薄膜的方法是不够的,我们正计划研究具有较大垂直各向异性的磁性薄膜,如Fe-Co-Tb系磁光薄膜。
