わが国の成熟型B細胞腫瘍における慢性型白血病・リンパ腫の本体解明を目的に、14q32(IGH遺伝子)転座の遺伝子診断を試みた。対象症例は、いずれもB細胞の単クローン性増殖が確認されている。1.t(11;14)(BCL1/PRAD1;IGH)型腫瘍の同定には、BCL1切断領域のMTCプローブとPRAD1遺伝子プローブを使用した。(1)サザン解析では、75例中9例にBCL1領域(BCL1-MTC,PRAD1)の再構成を検出した。ノザン解析の可能であった22例では、5例にPRAD1-mRNAの過剰発現を認めた。(2)11例がt(BCL1/PRAD1;IGH)型腫瘍と同定された。組織診断別にみると、ILL:8/13例、濾胞性リンパ腫:1/41例、びまん性リンパ腫:2/22例であった。 (3)これらの11症例のすべてが進行病期(III:3例、IV:8例)にあり、白血化(9例)、そして肝・脾腫(8例)を特徴とした。(4)表面マーカーは、CD5^+(9/10)とCD10^-(9/10)を特徴とし、Cμ領域の欠落症例を認めなかった。2.t(14;19)(IGH;BCL3)型腫瘍の同定には、pα1.4P(5´BCL3プローブ)とpα.5B(上流プローブ)を使用した。(1)50例の慢性型B細胞白血病・リンパ腫を対象とした。(2)31例のCLL中2例にBCL3遺伝子の再構成断片を検出し、CαまたはおよびCε遺伝子領域プローブによりラベルされた。(3)これら2症例は、典型的CLLとは異なる病態を示し、幼弱細胞の増加とリンパ節の腫脹を特徴とした。今後、さらに症例を蓄積し、欧米例と比較検討する予定である。

わが国のMature B-cell neoplasmにおけるChronic leukemia・リンパパのOntology explanation をpurposeに、14q32(IGH 缝子)転区の缝子diagnosisをtrialみた. Symptoms of symptoms include confirmation of B-cell proliferation. 1. T(11;14)(BCL1/PRAD1;IGH)-type tumors can be treated with the same method, and the BCL1 cut-off area can be used in the MTC treatment area and the PRAD1 left-behind area can be used. (1) Sako analysis was carried out, and 9 out of 75 cases were reconstructed in the BCL1 domain (BCL1-MTC, PRAD1). The possibility of analyzing the disease was confirmed in 22 cases and in 5 cases of PRAD1-mRNA. (2) 11 cases of t(BCL1/PRAD1;IGH) type tumors were treated with the same method. Histological diagnosis showed that there were 8/13 cases of cystitis and ILL, 1/41 cases of pancreatic erythema, and 2/22 cases of cystic erythema. (3) 11 cases of これらののすべてが progressive disease (III: 3 cases, IV: 8 cases) にあり, leukemia (9 cases), そして liver and spleen (8 cases) を特徴とした. (4) Surface malocclusion, CD5^+(9/10) and CD10^-(9/10)を特徴とし, and Cμ-area cases of underdevelopment syndrome. 2. Use the same method for t(14;19)(IGH;BCL3) type tumors, pα1.4P(5´BCL3 プローブ) and pα.5B(upper flow プローブ). (1) 50 cases of chronic B-cell leukemia・リンパを対肖とした. (2) Among the 31 cases of CLL, 2 cases were reconstructed fragments of BCL3 fragments, including CLL and CLL. (3) Symptoms of 2 cases, typical CLL, different pathological symptoms, and growth and swelling of weak cells and special symptoms. From now on, we will make a decision regarding the accumulation of symptoms and the comparison of OME cases.
