本研究は、環論特に可換環論における表現論とホモロジー代数を様々な状況で展開して、幾何学、とくに局所的な特異点論、あるいは有限次元多元環の表現論に応用しようとするもので、代数学の幅広い成果が着実に得られたことを、まず報告しておきたい。具体的には、(1)Gorenstein完備局所環上でAuslanderによって定義されたCohen-Macaulay近似が局所環の微分加群と同型である場合というのは、この局所環が斉次特異点を与えるときに限るのではないかという予想(Auslander-Martsinkovskyの予想)の部分的な解決が得られた。この結果は、Publications RIMSに掲載予定である。(2)また、Cohen-Macaulay近似に付随して現われる不変量(Auslanderのデルタ不変量)に関する新しい型の消滅定理が成立することが証明できた。この成果はProceedings of the American Math.Soc.に掲載の予定である。(3)さらにこの様な議論に一貫して現われる加群のliftingの問題に関して、新たな知見が得られた。即ち、これらの議論をすべて加群の圏から複体の圏の導来圏に移行して考えるということによって、Auslanderその他によって得られていたweak liftingに関する理論の透明な解釈と更なる一般化が完成した。この結果は現在Journal of Algebraに投稿中である。

In this paper, we study the theory of commutative rings, the theory of representation, the theory of algebra, the theory of special points, the theory of finite dimensional rings and the theory of representation of multidimensional rings. The concrete solution of the Auslander The results are published in RIMS. (2)A new type of elimination theorem is established for the following: Cohen-Macaulay approximation Proceedings of the American Math.Soc. (3)This is the first time that we've seen this. That is to say, the discussion of the problem. The results are now published in the Journal of Algebra.
