项目摘要
This research aims for investigation of integrating design and construction by Sogo-zu. At first the research plan of 1995 term and the real situation of research are described as follows.1. Analysis of use method of the Sogo-zu : The function of the Sogo-zu was defined from the fact-finding survey of the use method of the Sogo-zu as follows.(1) The correspondence of design information are improved by adjusting architectural drawings of each construction work that multiple prime contract is done, preceding the shop drawings made.(2) After ordering, the change orders are frequently generated. The functions of the sogo-zu as a tool of a final confirmation of such a change.(3) The process of drawing of the Sogo-zu is connected with enough understanding of design for contractors. As a result, problems in construction stage are clear and the efficiency of making shop drawings is improved.(4) Architectural design is fixed at early time by a certain information exchange through making the Sogo-zu. So that decreases architect's management force under construction stage.2. Real situation of the Sogo-zu as the information integration tool. The research area where integration of design and construction is activated internationally. The conceptual arrangement is behind in Japan where the tradition of design-build practice existed. the concept named buildability and constructability to which the easiness of construction is evaluated with design stage as design-build contract gains in popularity in U.K.and U.S.A.The classification was done from the analysis of the making step of the Sogo-zu based on such a concept.
本研究旨在探讨Sogo-zu的设计与施工一体化。首先将1995年学期的研究计划和研究的真实的情况描述如下。Sogo-zu使用方法分析:根据Sogo-zu使用方法的实况调查,对Sogo-zu的功能进行了如下定义。(1)在施工图编制之前,通过调整多主合同各施工项目的建筑图纸,提高了设计信息的一致性。(2)订购后,经常会生成变更单。作为最终确认这种变化的工具的综合体的功能。(3)Sogo-zu的绘图过程与承包商对设计的足够理解有关。从而明确了施工阶段的问题,提高了施工图的绘制效率。(4)建筑设计在早期通过一定的信息交流,通过制作Sogo-zu而固定下来。从而减少了建筑师在施工阶段的管理力量.真实的情况的综合信息作为工具。设计与施工一体化的研究领域在国际上非常活跃。在日本,这种概念安排是落后的,那里存在着设计-建造实践的传统。在英国和美国,作为设计-建造合同的设计阶段,对建造的容易性进行评价的概念,称为可建造性和可建造性。
