The object of this project is to investigate the historical relation of National Socialism and Apartheid in Namibia. It is not intended to deal with these two racism in comparative sociological method, but in their actual co-relationship in historical context.One of the preconditions for the racism of German settlers in 1920/30s is German colonialism before World War I.Besides the general racism in colonialism they introduced the idea of Genocide suppressing the anti-colonialist uprisings by Hereros and Namas at' the beginning of the century. This idea of Genocide formed an important elment of late National Socialism and was practied for the first time in the history.The formation of Apartheid in Southern Africa was motivated mainly by the "Rand Revolt" in the 1920s, but the core idea of racial segregation had its origin already at the time of South African War. Anti-seimitism playd an important role for the segregation-policy during the war-time. It was a nationalist and racialist thought among the whites, but it never brought the idea of segregation of the jews. Rather it led to the segregation of the black people.The National Socialst movement in Namibia came into birth by the influence of the political change in Germany, but its origin is to be found in the colonialism and anti-semitism before the War. NS-movement in Namibia was accepted by the Cape government, however reluctantly, because it functioned as a sustainance for their own Aprtheid-policy.

本项目的目的是调查纳米比亚国家社会主义和民族主义的历史关系。20世纪20、30年代德国殖民者种族主义产生的前提条件之一是一战前的德国殖民主义。除了殖民主义中的一般种族主义外，他们还引入了种族灭绝的概念，以镇压世纪初赫雷罗斯和纳玛斯的反殖民主义起义。种族灭绝思想构成了后期国家社会主义的重要内容，并在历史上第一次被提出来。南非种族隔离运动的形成主要是受20世纪20年代“兰德起义”的推动，但种族隔离的核心思想早在南非战争时期就有了渊源。反地震主义在战时的隔离政策中起了重要作用。这是白人的民族主义和种族主义思想，但它从来没有带来隔离犹太人的想法。纳米比亚的民族社会主义运动是受德国政治变革的影响而产生的，但其根源是战前的殖民主义和反犹主义。纳米比亚的国民党运动被开普政府接受，尽管很不情愿，因为它是他们自己的Aprtheid政策的支撑。
