大強度ビームを取り扱うビームラインのための、電磁石、ビームモニター、標的装置、ビームダンプ、並びに真空装置について試作し、またこれらを実物大のビームラインモックアップを準備して、全体のシステムとして動作する事を検証した。開発された各ビームライン要素は、J-PARCハドロン実験施設、ニュートリノ実験施設の基幹設備として採用された。成果は内外の学会で発表するとともに、論文誌に掲載された。特に電磁石に関しては、本年10月に中国で開催される第21回国際電磁石技術大会(国際電気電子学会主催)における口頭発表に選ばれている。
